I . Material
Made of high-quality Q195/Q235 low carbon steel wire rod (SAE1006/1008). Annealed to eliminate internal stress, excellent ductility, hard to crack after repeated bending.

II. Features
1. Standard BWG12 gauge, nominal diameter 2.77mm, heavy load capacity for binding, nail making and wire mesh weaving.
2. Elongation ≥20%, flexible for manual & machine twisting without breakage.
3. Thick hot dipped zinc coating, strong adhesion, no peeling after bending or extrusion.
4. Smooth surface without burrs, won’t scratch operators or finished products.
5. Stable tensile strength 300–550MPa, tight binding without slipping.
III. Surface Treatment
Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG)
- Zinc coating weight: 80–200g/㎡ regular, customized 260–320g/㎡ for coastal humid areas.
- Long anti-rust service life for outdoor, seaside and rainy construction projects.
IV. Export Packing
1. Small retail coil (1–25kg): Inner PE moisture-proof film, outer woven sack, packed into 5-layer waterproof export cartons with stretch film wrapping.
2. Industrial big coil (50–1000kg): Plastic spool coil wrapped with PE film & woven cloth, stacked on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets fixed by steel strips. Desiccants placed inside containers for long sea transportation. Mixed loading with different size nails is available to cut ocean freight.
