Description of complete parameters of 3.4mm×50mm cement steel nail
I. Material
The mainstream uses 45# high carbon steel, and some economical uses 60# carbon steel, which conforms to GB/T701 wire rod standard;
Process flow: wire drawing → annealing → nail making → overall quenching+tempering heat treatment;
Mechanical indexes: tensile strength ≥700MPa, nail tip hardness HRC40~55, and the core of nail shaft retains toughness, which is hard but not brittle;
Different from ordinary low-carbon nails: the carbon content is higher, and it is specially suitable for hard substrates such as concrete and masonry.
II. The product features
1. High hardness and strong penetration: hardened by quenching, concrete, red brick and stone within C30 can be directly hammered by hand without pre-punching, and it is not easy to bend and break;
2. Stable anchoring force: 3.4mm rod diameter, 50mm standard length, nail depth ≥17mm can ensure firm and not easy to pull off;
3. Chisel-shaped nail tip: 32 ~ 35 rhombic tip, uniform impact force, reducing the probability of wall cracking when knocking nails;
4. Flat head of frustum of a cone: the diameter of the cap is about 7mm, and the striking force area is large, so it is not easy to slip, and the fixed plate and buckle can be leveled against the wall;
5. Toughness balance: the core is tempered, so that it will not be broken by heavy impact, which is suitable for high-frequency construction on site;
6. strong versatility: taking into account home improvement, civil engineering, water and electricity fixation, and adapting a single specification to multiple substrates.
III. The surface treatment methods (three mainstream foreign trade)
1. Galvanizing (most commonly used for export)
The zinc layer is 5~30g/㎡, bright silver, rust-proof and moisture-proof, suitable for outdoor and damp walls (kitchen and bathroom, external wall), and the first choice for marine export;
2. Black oxidation/blackening treatment (indoor dry area)
Black matte, low cost, only used in indoor dry environment, general rust prevention, obvious price advantage;
3. Phosphated cement coating (high anchoring amount)
Rough gray coating on the surface, slightly expanded after nailing, improved grip by 30%, and difficult to loosen under vibration conditions, which is commonly used in European and American engineering sheets.
IV. Shape of concrete nail shank (3.4×50 standard configuration)
1. Basic standard: straight/round nail shank (mainstream in the market)
Smooth cylindrical rod with several circles of anti-slip fine straight lines near the nail cap to increase friction and prevent slipping;
2. Upgrade model: ring thread shank (engineering reinforcement model)
The annular groove of the rod body, the pull-out force is 50% higher than that of the polished rod, which is used for ceiling, external wall insulation and vibration equipment fixation;
3. Overall appearance: cylindrical rod with equal diameter, without taper, with a uniform diameter of 3.4mm from the nail cap to the nail tip.
Five, export packaging (foreign trade standard layered packaging)
1. Small domestic retail package (terminal sales package)
-Paper box: 500g/1kg color printing yellow box (marked Paku Beton/Concrete Nail, specification 3.4×50mm, quantity);
-PE-lined sealed bag, built-in desiccant, to prevent rusting due to moisture regain.
2. Mid-level FCL (standard container outer box)
Five-layer thick corrugated paper box, 20~25kg/ box, reinforced with TIC-tac-toe plastic strap, printed with shipping marks, specifications, gross and net weights and MADE IN CHINA.
3. Marine outer layer reinforcement (whole container export)
1. The standard solid wood pallet (with IPPC fumigation and heat treatment mark, in line with ISPM15) shall be uniformly packed in cartons;
2. The multi-layer PE wrapping film of the tray is fully wrapped to prevent moisture, and the corners of PP are protected from lifting and extrusion;
3. Steel strap pallets, the load of a single pallet is less than 1 ton, which is suitable for forklift loading and unloading;
