Material
Made of high-quality Q195 low carbon steel wire rod (SAE1006 / 1008 standard). With low carbon content and stable internal structure, the wire features excellent ductility, soft toughness and uniform mechanical performance, suitable for deep processing such as nail making and mesh weaving.

Surface Treatment
Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG).
After pickling, high-temperature annealing, flux treatment and molten zinc dipping at about 500℃, the zinc layer forms a metallurgical bond with the steel base. Strong adhesion, anti-rust lifespan 5 times longer than electro-galvanized wire.
Export Packaging
- Small coil packing: 10–25kg/roll, wrapped with inner waterproof plastic film + outer woven bag, with waterproof English labels.
- Large industrial coil: 200–1000kg/roll, packed with moisture-proof paper and plastic film.
- Optional fumigated IPPC wooden pallets for container shipment.
- Desiccant is placed in containers to prevent moisture and oxidation during long sea transportation.
