0.7mm galvanized binding wire (22# BWG)
I. Material
-Main material: Q195/Q235 low carbon steel (high toughness, easy bending and breaking)
-Diameter: 0.7mm(22# BWG), commonly used for binding filaments.
II. The characteristics
-Good flexibility: soft but not brittle, easy to bend and knot by hand, and labor-saving in binding.
-tensile strength: 350-500 MPa, firmly fixed and not easy to loosen.
-High ductility: it is not easy to break after repeated bending, and is suitable for intensive binding.
-Uniform wire diameter: small tolerance and uniform binding strength.
III. The surface treatment method (commonly used for export)
1. Galvanizing (EG/ blue-white zinc)
-Zinc dosage: 15–20 g/㎡, thin and bright.
-Rust prevention: available in indoor/dry environment, with low cost.
2. Hot dip galvanizing (HDG)
-Zinc content: 60–80 g/㎡, with thick zinc layer and strong corrosion resistance.
-Rust prevention: outdoor/humid environment, life 20-25 years, commonly used in Chile.
3. Colored zinc (yellow zinc/multicolored)
-South American preference, both rust prevention and appearance.
Iv. Export packaging
-Coil weight: 1kg/ coil, 5 kg/ coil, 10 kg/ coil and 25 kg/ coil (common).
-inner packaging: tightly wrapped with plastic film, moisture-proof and rust-proof.
-Outer packing: woven bag/linen, specifications, gross weight and country of origin.
-HS code: 73170000
