I. Raw materials
-Main material: Q195 low-carbon steel wire rod (mainstream), some of which are cold-drawn with Q215 and Q235 plain carbon steel.
-composition: low carbon, low sulfur and phosphorus, good ductility and toughness, and not easy to be brittle.
-technology: hot-rolled wire rod → cold-drawn wire drawing → nail forming to ensure uniform strength of nail body.

2. Galvanizing (cold galvanized EG): thin zinc layer (5–15μ m), bright silvery white; Indoor/mild humid scene, cost-effective preferred.
3. Hot dip galvanizing (HDG): thick zinc layer (60–100μ m) with strong rust resistance; Outdoor, roof, coastal humid environment, the best corrosion resistance.
4. Customized treatment: the umbrella head is painted, with rubber waterproof gasket (special for roof), painted in color, fitted with corrugated board and fixed with colored steel tile.
