China common nails factory 3/4 inch Common Nails

3/4 inch Common Nails

Length: 3/4″ = 19.05 mm

Materials

Made of Q195 / Q235 low‑carbon steel wire. Good toughness and ductility, resistant to brittle fracture under hammer impact, ideal for light‑duty wood fastening.

Wire Diameter (Standard Export BWG)

- BWG17: 1.47 mm (mainstream regular size for 3/4″ common nails)
- BWG18: 1.25 mm (light‑duty thin shank for very thin boards)

Features

1. Round textured flat head, anti‑slip when hammering, provides large striking surface.
2. Smooth straight shank plus sharp diamond point, easy driving into thin wood and reduces wood splitting.
3. Low‑carbon steel construction, hard to bend or break under light hammer blows.
4. Reliable holding power, low‑cost and highly versatile for light‑weight jobs.
5. Short‑size design, only for thin‑material fastening; not for heavy‑load structural applications.

Surface Treatment

1. Polished Bright
Pickled‑polished silver‑white finish. Lowest cost, no rust resistance, for dry indoor use only.
2. Electro Galvanized (Cold Galvanized)
Thin zinc coating, light‑grey appearance. Mild anti‑rust performance, suitable for indoor and semi‑dry outdoor conditions.
3. Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG)
Thick anti‑corrosion zinc layer, excellent rust‑proof property, for humid and outdoor environments.

Export Packing

1. Inner package: 1 kg / 2 kg / 5 kg PE plastic bags or woven bags. Custom‑printed logo, specification and barcode available for OEM orders.
2. Outer package: 5‑layer corrugated cartons, standard net weight: 19 kg / 20 kg / 25 kg per carton.
3. Full‑container shipment: Cartons stacked on wooden pallets and wrapped with stretch film against moisture and collision during ocean transit.
4. Optional packing: 50 kg large woven sacks (popular for African & Middle‑East markets); small paper boxes or plastic pails for supermarket retail.
