Square Shank Common Nail 2.77mm×60mm

Made of high-quality Q195 low carbon steel wire rod. After wire drawing, square shaping and tempering, the nail owns balanced hardness and toughness, hard to bend or break when hammering into brick, cement and wood.

1. Four-edge square shank delivers much stronger pull-out resistance than round shank nails, no loosening under heavy load or vibration.
2. Thick round nail head, effectively prevent slipping during hammering construction.

3. Surface Treatment
1. Color electro galvanized: Balanced anti-rust performance, suitable for indoor & outdoor use, best-selling for Latin American hardware market.
2. Hot dipped galvanized: Heavy zinc coating (200~320g/㎡), perfect for coastal and humid outdoor projects.
3. Black annealed: Low cost with thin anti-rust oil layer, only for temporary dry indoor application.
4. Export Packing
- Retail Pack: 0.5kg / 1kg color printed paper box with inner PE moisture-proof bag. 20-25 boxes packed into 5-layer waterproof export carton wrapped by stretch film. Mark specifications, weight and origin outside cartons.
- Industrial Bulk Pack: 25kg woven bag lined with anti-rust PE film. Bags stacked on IPPC fumigated wooden pallets and fixed with steel belts. Desiccants are placed inside containers to avoid rust during long sea transport. Mixed loading of various nail sizes and galvanized wire is acceptable to cut ocean freight.
