I. Material
The mainstream adopts 45#/55# high carbon and high quality medium carbon steel (SAE1045~1055), and the hardness can reach HRC 60 ~ 65 after overall quenching and tempering heat treatment; Some high-end models are matched with a small amount of alloy steel to ensure strong hardness and toughness.
1-inch standard wire diameter: 1.8~3.0mm, with round flat-topped nail head and diamond-shaped pointed cone nail tip.
II. The product features
1. Straight bar body: the nail body is pressed with longitudinal straight grooves, which increases the occlusal friction with concrete and brick walls, and has stronger pull-out resistance and is not easy to loosen.
2. Ultra-high hardness: quenching and hardening treatment, which is not easy to bend and break when struck. Cement mortar, red brick and lightweight concrete can be directly nailed without pre-drilling.
3. Size adaptation: 1 inch short, suitable for shallow fixing, thin plates and small pendants, with moderate penetration and no penetration into the wall.
4. Toughness balance: the whole rod is quenched and tempered to avoid being too hard and brittle, and it is not easy to crack due to repeated outdoor vibration.
