Wire diameter: BWG14 = 2.11mm
Material
Made of high-quality low carbon steel Q195/Q235 (SAE1006/SAE1008 raw wire rod), low carbon content ≤0.12%, low sulfur & phosphorus impurities. Produced by wire drawing, acid pickling, high-temperature full annealing process.
Product Features
1. Super soft toughness: Internal stress eliminated by vacuum annealing treatment, easy to bend, twist and tie manually without rebound.
2. Good ductility: Repeated 180° bending without cracking, not easy to break when binding heavy goods.
3. Uniform appearance: Matte black iron oxide surface, no rust spots, no color mottling.
4. Cost-effective: No galvanized or PVC coated layer, competitive price for general binding usage.
5. Easy processing: Support cutting, bending, U-shape forming, weaving and secondary metal processing.

1. Tensile strength: 300-550MPa, premium grade: 350-400MPa

Surface Treatment
High-temperature furnace annealing treatment, forming dense black ferric oxide protective film naturally. Optional light oil coating for anti-rust during sea transportation; oil-free type for further electroplating/painting processing.
