1. Material
2.77mm galvanized wire is made of high-quality low carbon steel Q195 / Q235 (SAE1006/SAE1008). The material features low carbon content, good ductility, excellent drawing performance and stable chemical composition. It is not easy to break during bending, weaving and binding.

3. Galvanized Surface Treatment
We provide two types of galvanizing treatment for export:
Electro Galvanized Wire (Cold Galvanized)
Zinc coating: 12–25 g/m²
Bright and shiny surface, low cost, suitable for indoor and dry environment applications.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire (HDG)
Zinc coating: 50–150 g/m² (custom heavy zinc 200–280 g/m² available)
Thick and strong zinc layer, outstanding anti-rust performance. Service life reaches 5–15 years outdoors, suitable for coastal, humid and harsh weather conditions.
4. Export Packaging
- Standard packing: 25kg–50kg per small coil, 100kg–800kg per big coil
- Inner: waterproof plastic film
- Outer: kraft paper + woven bag
- Pallet packing and stretch film wrapping for container shipment
- Moisture-proof, rust-proof and crash-proof for long sea transportation
- Custom logo and neutral packaging are acceptable
