Our 30mm×2.5mm concrete nails are manufactured from high-quality 55# medium-high carbon steel, featuring high hardness of HRC 50-58 and excellent toughness. After professional quenching and tempering treatment, the nails are hard but not brittle, which can avoid breaking and bending during construction.
The surface is finished with colorful zinc electroplating and chromate passivation. This mature surface treatment forms a dense protective layer, providing superior rust and corrosion resistance. It can pass 48-72 hours salt spray test, performing well in humid indoor and outdoor environments, much more durable than black oxide and white zinc concrete nails.
With sharp diamond nail tips and standard 2.5mm rod diameter, these nails have strong penetration capacity. They can be easily driven into concrete walls, red bricks, cement mortar and other hard base materials without pre-drilling holes. They feature stable holding force, not easy to loosen and fall off after installation.
Widely used for fixing skirting lines, door and window frames, wood decorative panels, wall hangers, billboards and wooden structural parts in interior decoration, construction engineering and outdoor renovation projects.

I. Material
The standard adopts 55# medium and high carbon steel wire rod (45# carbon steel is an economical alternative).
Process flow: wire drawing → cold heading forming → high temperature quenching+low temperature tempering hardening.
-Hardness: HRC 50–58, high hardness and high shear strength.
-Toughness: it is not easy to break when it is bent at 75, and it will not collapse or bend the rod when it is hit with concrete.
-Specification: the rod diameter is 2.5mm, the total length is 30mm, the flat head and round head are universal, and the nail tip is rhombic.
-Compared with ordinary round nails, Q195 low carbon steel has low hardness and can only nail wood; High carbon steel special for cement nails is suitable for walls and hard base materials of masonry.
II. The product features
1. Super-penetrating diamond-shaped sharp edge, easily driving concrete, red brick, cement mortar and aerated block, without pre-drilling.

III . Surface treatment: Five color TV sets are galvanized (colored zinc/yellow colored zinc).
1. Process zinc plating+color chromate passivation to form a rainbow protective film (golden, blue, purple and green composite luster).
2. Anti-rust principle: the zinc layer sacrifices the anode to protect the steel; Passivation film greatly improves salt spray time.

3. Comparison of advantages
-Black cement nail: no rust-proof layer, only for indoor short-term use, easy to rust.

2. Bulk bagging (engineering wholesalers and factories purchase in bulk)
-Inner bag: PE thick waterproof plastic bag, marked with specifications, gross and net weights.
-Outer box: thickened export corrugated box, with standard bulk packaging of 25kg/ box, suitable for marine containers.
3. Customization is optional
