Basic Specification
Wire diameter: 3.40mm (BWG10 standard size)
Material
Made of high-quality low carbon steel wire rod, grade Q195/Q235, equivalent to SAE1006/SAE1008 raw material. Adopts pickling, multi-drawing and high-temperature oxygen-free annealing production process, pure low-carbon steel without alloy composition.
Product Features
1. Super soft toughness: After full annealing treatment, low tensile strength (350-380MPa), high elongation 10%-25%, easy bending, twisting and cutting, not easy to break repeatedly.
2. Excellent workability: Good welding performance, easy manual binding and machine automatic processing, smooth surface without sharp burrs, safe operation.
3. Cost-effective: No galvanized coating, lower production price than galvanized iron wire, economical for temporary binding use.
4. Uniform appearance: Even matte black oxide surface, stable wire roundness, uniform wire hardness in whole coil.
5. Disadvantage: Without anti-rust coating, suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
Surface Treatment
1. Standard finish: Natural black oxide surface after oxygen-free annealing (regular export type).
2. Oil-treated finish: Light anti-rust oil coated on surface, effectively prevent sea freight container condensation rusting, customized for humid maritime transportation.
Standard Export Packaging
1. Regular coil weight: 10kg/20kg/25kg per coil, customized 5kg-50kg available.
2. Standard sea packing: Inner waterproof PE plastic film + outer hessian cloth/PP woven bag, fixed with black iron wire strapping.
3. Bulk packing: 50kg-500kg big spool wire packed with wooden pallet and stretch film.
4. Retail packing: Small coil packed with carton box, palletized shipment.
