Product Overview
Our 2-inch (50mm) galvanized concrete nails are made of high-quality 45# high-carbon steel with professional quenching and tempering treatment. Featuring high hardness, strong penetration and excellent anti-rust performance, these nails are specially designed for fixing operations on hard substrates such as concrete, cement walls and red bricks. They are essential hardware fasteners for construction, decoration and outdoor engineering projects.
Material
Adopt premium 45# 55# high-carbon steel wire rod as the main material. After integral quenching and tempering process, the nail hardness reaches HRC 50-58, which is much higher than ordinary iron nails. The high-carbon steel material ensures outstanding rigidity and impact resistance, avoiding bending or breaking during construction. The surface is coated with pure zinc layer for durable anti-corrosion protection.

Professional overall heat treatment guarantees ultra-high hardness. The nails can be directly driven into concrete, brick walls and cement blocks without pre-drilling holes, not easy to bend, break or tip collapse during hammering.

Available in smooth rod, straight grain and twist grain designs. The special rod texture greatly enhances the occlusion force with the cement base layer, effectively preventing loosening and pulling out, ensuring long-term and stable fixing effect.
3. Excellent Anti-rust & Anti-corrosion Ability
Two mainstream surface galvanizing processes are optional: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. The zinc layer isolates air and moisture effectively. Electro-galvanized nails are suitable for indoor dry environments, while hot-dip galvanized ones adapt to humid, outdoor and coastal salt spray environments, with long service life.
4. Labor-saving & Efficient Construction
Adopts diamond sharp tip design, which reduces piercing resistance greatly. It is compatible with manual hammers and pneumatic nail guns for smooth and fast nailing. The flat round head bears force evenly, preventing damage to decorative plates and wood boards.
Surface Treatment
1. Electro Galvanized (Bright Zinc)
Standard export type with bright and smooth silver-white surface, cost-effective. It passes 8-24 hours salt spray test, ideal for indoor decoration, dry construction sites and inland market demands in Africa and the Middle East.
2. Hot Dip Galvanized (Thick Zinc Layer)
With thick and uniform zinc coating and matte silver-gray surface. It can pass more than 72 hours salt spray test, featuring superior corrosion and salt spray resistance. Perfect for outdoor engineering, basements, bathrooms and coastal high-humidity areas.
3. Optional Process: Color zinc passivation for upgraded anti-rust performance.
Export Packaging
We provide standard and customizable export packaging to adapt to international logistics and retail/wholesale demands:
1. Retail Small Packaging: 0.5kg/box, 1kg/color box with clear English product information, size specification and “MADE IN CHINA” mark. Each box is equipped with a moisture-proof PE inner bag to prevent rust during ocean transportation.
2. Bulk Wholesale Packaging: Standard carton specifications include 20kg/carton and 25kg/carton (1kg×25 boxes). Bulk loose packaging is available for engineering large orders.
3. Shipping Reinforcement: Outer cartons are wrapped with waterproof film. Goods are fixed on wooden or plastic pallets with stretch film to prevent collision and moisture damage during long-distance sea freight. Standard shipping marks, moisture-proof and shock-proof logos are printed on cartons.
