I. Material
High quality of Q195/Q235 low carbon steel (cold-drawn steel wire) has moderate strength, good toughness and easy penetration.
II. The characteristics
-Size: 3 inches (about 75mm) long, with a wire diameter of BWG10 (about 3.37mm).
-Head: flat/non-slip textured head, which is not easy to sink and crack.
-Rod part: bare rod is the main part, and it can also be ringed/spiral, with strong nail grip.
-Tip: Diamond tip, fast penetration, not easy to split wood.
-Strength: the tensile strength is about 35–50kg/mm, and the cost performance is high.
III. Surface treatment
-Electro-zinc plating (EG): thin zinc layer, indoor/dry environment, economical.
-Hot dip galvanizing (HDG): thick zinc layer (≥85μm), strong outdoor/wet/coastal rust prevention.
-Polishing (bright surface): primary color rust prevention, indoor dry area only.
-Blackening/oiling: short-term rust prevention, lowest cost.
IV.Export packaging (standard)
-Small box: 1lb/0.5kg/1kg/2.5kg/5kg/ box.
-Outer box: 10-25kg/ carton, with inner plastic bag to prevent moisture.
-Bulk: 25kg/ woven bag, or pallet (1-2 tons/tray).
-Shipping mark: neutral/customized, indicating specifications, net weight and country of origin.

-Building: wooden frame, building structure, floor/wallboard fixing.
-Woodworking: furniture, wooden cases, pallets, wooden structure connections.
-Outdoor: fences, fences, terraces, garden works (hot dip galvanizing).
