I. Material
-Material: Q195/Q235 low carbon steel (common carbon steel), mild steel, easy to process and good toughness.
-strength: the tensile strength is about 35-50 kg/mm, and it is not easy to be brittle.
II .The characteristics
-Dimensions: 3.5 inches (89mm) long, BWG9≈3.76mm thick, with relatively thick rod diameter and strong bearing capacity.
-Rod type: polished rod (standard)/ring pattern/screw can be selected, and ring pattern/screw grip force is stronger.
-Nail head: round head/flat head, large bearing area, not easy to sink.
-Nail tip: diamond-shaped tip, which saves labor and is not easy to split wood.
-Cost performance: sufficient strength, low price, universal building nail.
III.Surface treatment (commonly used for export)
1. Bright: primary color, no coating, domestic/dry environment; The lowest cost.
2. Electro-zinc plating (EG): 5–15μ m zinc layer, general rust prevention, indoor/outdoor; Blue, white, zinc and bright.
3. Hot dip galvanizing (HDG): 40-80μ m thick zinc layer, high rust resistance, coastal/wet/roof; Salt spray resistance ≥ 500 h.
-Special: asphalt dipping/plastic coating, which is used for scenes with high anti-corrosion requirements.
IV. Export packaging (standard)
-Small package: 1kg/ box, 5kg/ box and 7lbs/ box; The inner plastic bag is moisture-proof.
-Outer box: 25kg/ carton (commonly used) and 50kg/ sack/woven bag; Wrap the packing belt around it.
-Pallet: 1 ton/wooden pallet, waterproof with plastic film, suitable for container transportation.
