1.5 “× 3.2mm straight fluted shank steel nail (straight concrete nail)

Specification: the length is 1.5 inches ≈38.1mm, and the diameter of the nail rod is 3.2 mm.

I. Material

Two mainstream materials (most commonly used in foreign trade)

1. 45#/55# high quality carbon steel (preferred export material)
After wire drawing, annealing, stamping and integral quenching heat treatment, the hardness is HRC 48~55, and the hardness is high, so it can be directly knocked into brick walls, cement mortar layers and lightweight concrete.
2. A few low-end versions: Q235 low-carbon steel, not quenched; Not recommended for cement substrate, only suitable for wood.

Recommended 45# hardened straight grain cement nail for South America and Portugal markets.

III. The product features

1. The nail shank has axial straight grooves (straight lines), which are different from bare nails and spiral nails;
2. Straight-line extrusion: when nailing into concrete/wall, the base material is extruded to form occlusion, and the pull-out resistance is higher than that of ordinary polished cement nails, so it is not easy to come out;
3. The diamond-shaped standard nail tip has good penetration and is not easy to bend and collapse when struck;
4. The round flat-topped nail cap is evenly stressed, and the hammer is not easy to slip;
5. The processing cost of straight grain structure is lower than that of twist screw nail, and the cost performance is high;
Contrast reminder: the pull-out resistance is weaker than that of spiral cement nails, but the impact penetration performance is better, which is suitable for manual hammer installation.

III. The surface treatment method (foreign trade three mainstream programs)

1. Galvanized/EG [most common]
-Thin zinc layer (5~12μm) and bright silver appearance;
-Application: indoor dry environment; Moderate cost;
-Short board: insufficient rust prevention in humid, outdoor and coastal salt spray environments.
2. Hot dip galvanized (HDG) [overseas outdoor order optimization]
-Thick zinc layer over 30μm, excellent rust prevention;
-Applicability: outdoor, fenced and coastal wet areas; Preference of outdoor projects in Europe, America and Brazil.
3. Natural color polishing (Bright/Black polished, black leather without coating)
-No rust-proof coating, the lowest price; Only temporary works for inland drying;
-It is not recommended to export by sea, because rust can easily return to the container.

It is recommended to Portuguese-speaking customers to mainly promote: conventional electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing for outdoor needs.

IV. The export standard packaging (two general plans for overseas wholesale of hardware)

Scheme 1: Small retail boxes (distributed by supermarkets and local hardware stores)

1kg/0.5kg/0.25kg color printing paper box (classic red brick pattern paper box);
Outer box: 25 boxes/20 boxes are packed into a 5-layer corrugated export carton;
Carton printing: specification 1.5″×3.2mm, product name, gross and net weight, MADE IN CHINA (customized Portuguese printing).

Scheme 2: Industrial bulk (importers split the bulk goods, with the highest cost performance).

25kg/ bag PP woven bag (lined with PE inner film to prevent moisture and rust);
The woven bags are then put into export corrugated boxes/trays;
Compulsory points for maritime transportation:
Arrange IPPC fumigation for the whole container of goods in wooden pallet (mandatory requirements of Brazilian customs; There is no mandatory IPPC for EU Portuguese pallets).

Optional value-added packaging: transparent PE plastic bag small packaging (cross-border e-commerce retail).

V. Application fields

1. Building decoration (core use)
Wooden keel, wooden frame, gypsum lines and decorative plates are fixed on brick walls and cement mortar walls; Hanging pictures, frames and curtain rails are fixed.
2. Municipal and outdoor engineering
Small billboards, signs, simple fences and protective nets are fixed.
3. Factories and storage
The trunking, pipeline bracket and small shelf are fixed on the cement wall.
4. Woodworking matching
Wood+masonry composite member fastening;
