2.5mm annealed black iron wire (BWG13).

Raw material: Q195 low-carbon steel wire rod (Q235 and SAE1006/SAE1008 can also be used), which belongs to low-carbon mild steel with low carbon content (0.06~0.15%).
Process flow: wire rod is cold-drawn to 2.5mm → high temperature anaerobic annealing → black oxide layer is formed on the surface, and Bo Tu antirust oil can be used as required; Annealing eliminates the internal stress in wire drawing and softens the wire, which is commonly known as burnt wire and black soft wire.

Wire diameter tolerance: generally ±0.05mm；; The tensile strength is 350–500 MPa, and the elongation is good, so it is suitable for repeated twisting.

Product features

1. Soft texture and good toughness: high plasticity after annealing, easy to bend and twist, labor-saving manual binding, and not easy to be brittle.
2. The surface is black and matte: black oxide skin, which can be oiled (to improve short-term rust prevention) or not oiled.
3. Economical cost: compared with galvanized wire, the price is lower, and it is suitable for one-time use of binding.
4. The wire diameter is even, and the consistency of the whole roll is good.
5. Disadvantages: the surface oxide film has limited rust-proof ability, and it is easy to rust in long-term outdoor wet environment, which is not suitable for long-term outdoor unprotected use.

Export standard packaging (commonly used in foreign trade)
