1. Raw materials
Q195 / Q235 low‑carbon steel wire. Good ductility and bending performance for forming U‑shape, suitable for fence staples.
2. Size specification
- Leg length: 3/4 inch =19.1 mm
- Wire gauge: BWG14, wire diameter 2.11 mm
3. Features
- U‑shaped double‑leg design, sharp chisel‑cut points for easy penetration into timber and wooden posts.
- Thicker wire than BWG15, higher rigidity and stronger holding‑power, not easy to bend under hammering.
- Available in smooth shank or optional barbed shank for enhanced pull‑out resistance.
- Ideal for medium‑heavy‑duty fixing of wire, mesh and netting to wood frames and posts.
4. Surface treatment
1. Bright / polished finish: no zinc coating, low‑cost for dry indoor use only.
2. Electro‑galvanized: thin zinc layer, basic rust resistance for indoor and slightly humid environments.
3. Hot‑dipped galvanized (optional): thick zinc‑alloy coating, excellent anti‑corrosion for outdoor, fence and coastal projects.
5. Export packing
- Inner packing: 1 kg / 5 kg / 25 kg per carton; optional retail small packs (500g,1kg polybags or paper boxes).
- Outer shipment: cartons stacked on heat‑treated / fumigated wooden pallets to meet phytosanitary export requirements.
- Standard marking on cartons & pallets: product name, size, net weight, “MADE IN CHINA”.
