1. Raw materials
High‑carbon steel wire / low‑carbon steel wire (Q195/Q235). BWG15 wire is commonly used for U‑type staples, good forming performance for bending into U shape.
2. Size specification
- Leg length: 1/2 inch =12.7 mm
- Wire gauge: BWG15 (1.83 mm wire diameter)
Length and thickness of fence staples also could produce according to customer's requirement.
3. Features
- Classic U‑shaped double‑leg design, sharp chisel‑cut points for easy penetration.
- Uniform wire diameter, consistent bending performance, not easy to crack during stapling.
- Neat coil / strip arrangement, fit for manual stapler and pneumatic staple guns.
- Firm clamping force for fastening mesh, wire, fabric and thin wood materials.
4. Surface treatment
1. Bright (polished / raw finish): no surface coating, for indoor dry‑environment use, low cost.
2. Electro‑galvanized: thin zinc coating, basic rust resistance, suitable for indoor & slightly humid conditions.
Hot‑dipped galvanized U‑staples are available for outdoor corrosion‑demanding projects (higher cost).
5. Export packing
- Inner packing: 1 kg / 5 kg / 25 kg per carton; or small retail boxes (250g, 500g).
- Outer: cartons stacked on heat‑treated / fumigated wooden pallets for export, complying with phytosanitary requirements.
- Typical loading: 25 kg/carton, marked with product name, size, net weight, “MADE IN CHINA”.
