1. Materials
Manufactured from Q195 / Q235 low carbon steel wire. Featuring excellent toughness and ductility, the material is not prone to brittle fracture under strong hammer strikes, suitable for medium and heavy-duty timber fastening.
2. Standard Export BWG Wire Diameter
- BWG8: 4.19mm, extra thick shank, heavy load for construction frames and heavy pallets
- BWG9: 3.76mm, mainstream heavy-duty specification, most favored for bulk export orders
- BWG10: 3.40mm, medium-thick shank for conventional structural wood fastening (Also could produce according to customer's requirement)

4. Surface Treatment
1. Polished Bright
Pickled and polished silver-white surface, the most cost-effective option with no rust resistance, only for dry indoor use.
2. Electro Galvanized (Cold Galvanized)
Thin zinc coating with pale grey appearance, provides mild anti-rust protection for indoor and semi-dry outdoor environments.
3. Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG)
Thick anti-corrosion zinc coating with outstanding rust and corrosion resistance, specially designed for humid surroundings and outdoor wooden structures.
5. Export Packing
1. Inner packing: Packed in 1kg / 2kg / 5kg PE plastic bags or woven bags. Custom printing of logos, specifications and barcodes is available for OEM customization.
2. Outer packing: 5-layer corrugated cartons, standard net weight: 19kg, 20kg, 25kg per carton.
3. Full container shipment: Cartons are stacked on wooden pallets and wrapped with stretch film to guard against moisture and collision damage during ocean transportation.
4. Optional packing: 50kg large woven sacks (widely accepted in African and Middle Eastern markets); small paper boxes and plastic buckets for supermarket retail sales.
