The core line of the ER70S-6 brand is used for automated and mechanized welding, as well as for surfaces using protective media such as carbon dioxide or a combined gaseous mixture of argon and carbon dioxide. It is an ideal choice for connecting carbon and low-carbon butyl steel grades used in shipbuilding, producing high-strength parts, including cast products and deceiving similar categories. Regardless of the position in the space, it is suitable for single-layer and multi-layer processing of joints.
The advantages of this line include the ideal coating of high-quality copper, the uniformity of diameter in the whole material, the minimum content of unwanted impurities, which can ensure the stable combustion of electrodes and reduce the risk of spray of molten melt.
Even at low ambient temperatures, this material exhibits excellent performance characteristics. The special ordinary shape ensures that the welding electrode flows directly towards the working area, thereby preventing the formation of excessive and product deformation.
