Main material
Common materials: mainly Q195 or Q235 low carbon steel wire, which has a good balance between strength and toughness.
Optional materials: 304/316 stainless steel, copper or aluminum can be customized according to requirements to meet special corrosion resistance or electrical conductivity requirements.
Product characteristics
Umbrella-shaped big head: cover the fixing material like a small umbrella, increase the stress area, and effectively prevent the plate from tearing.
Twisted bar: the spiral grain on the nail bar greatly increases the friction with the plate, providing far more pull-out resistance than ordinary smooth nails, and the fixation is more firm.
Anti-corrosion zinc plating: as the core process of anti-rust, the specific differences are detailed in the following “Surface Treatment”.
Diamond tip: the tip is processed into a sharp diamond shape, which can easily pierce a variety of materials, reduce cracking and save labor in installation.
Optional gasket: the nail cap can be matched with EPDM rubber or plastic gasket to effectively prevent water leakage and improve the waterproof performance of the roof.
Export packing
Internal packaging: 1 kg plastic bag/box, 7 lb small box, etc.
Outer packing: 25 kg carton, 50 kg gunny bag or woven bag.
Palletization: In order to facilitate loading, unloading and transportation, cartons are often stacked on pallets, such as 5 kg/box and 200 boxes/tray.
Surface treatment
Galvanizing (EG): bright and beautiful surface, low cost, suitable for indoor and other conventional environments.
Hot dip galvanizing (HDG): The galvanized layer is thick, has strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance, and is the first choice for harsh environments such as outdoor, high humidity and coastal areas.
Polished: As a pre-galvanizing step, the nail surface presents a bright metallic luster.

Roof fixing: fixing roofing materials such as asphalt shingles, linoleum, metal plates and asbestos shingles.

Confirm coating: Hot dip galvanizing (HDG) must be selected in harsh outdoor environment, and electrogalvanizing (EG) can be selected in normal environment to save cost.
