Low carbon steel wire Q195 / Q235
2. Diameter & Size
- Length: 1 inch (25 mm)
- Shank diameter: 2.1 mm (12 gauge, standard for 1” twist shank nail)
Tolerance: ±0.1mm, custom diameter acceptable

- Flat round head
- Twist shank (spiral shank): twisted body increases withdrawal resistance, harder to pull out than smooth shank common nails
- Sharp diamond point, easy to drive into wood

4. Surface Treatment
Hot-dipped galvanized (HDG) as primary option, thick zinc coating for rust resistance outdoors.
