1. Materials
Produced from Q195 / Q235 low carbon steel wire. It features excellent toughness and ductility, not easy to crack or deform under heavy hammer impact, perfectly suitable for heavy-duty structural timber fastening.

- BWG6: 4.88mm, extra heavy thick shank for load-bearing construction frames
- BWG7: 4.57mm, mainstream heavy-duty gauge, the most popular size for bulk export orders

3. Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG)
Thick durable anti-corrosion zinc layer with superior rust-proof capacity, specially designed for humid environments and outdoor wooden constructions.
5. Export Packing
1. Inner package: 1kg / 2kg / 5kg PE plastic bags or woven bags. Custom logo, size and barcode printing is supported for OEM orders.
2. Outer package: 5-layer corrugated cartons, standard net weight: 19kg, 20kg, 25kg per carton.
3. Full container shipment: Cartons stacked on wooden pallets and wrapped with stretch film to avoid moisture and collision damage during ocean transit.
