1. Materials
Q195 / Q235 low‑carbon mild steel wire. It has good ductility, suitable for wire drawing, nail heading and point processing.
2. Nails diameter
Length: 4 inch (101.6 mm, shank length excluding head)
Standard shank diameter: 5.06 mm ,5.16mm,5.50mm
Commercial tolerance: 4.90–5.50 mm
3. Features
- Flat round head, smooth straight shank, diamond sharp point.
- High rigidity and toughness, not easy to bend when nailing into thick hardwood.
- Good penetration for heavy‑duty timber connection.
- Cost‑effective general‑purpose large‑size fastener for wood work.
4. Surface treatment
Hot‑dipped galvanized (HDG)
Nails are immersed in high‑temperature molten zinc. A thick zinc‑alloy coating is formed with strong adhesion. It provides outstanding rust & corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor, humid and coastal conditions, superior to electro‑galvanized finish.
5. Export packing
- Inner package: 25 kg per carton; optional small packs (1 kg / 5 lb polybags or paper boxes).
- Cartons are stacked on heat‑treated / fumigated wooden pallets to meet phytosanitary export requirements.
- Regular loading: 25 kg/carton, 48 cartons per pallet (1200 kg/pallet). Jute bag packing is available as an alternative.
- Marks on cartons and pallets: product name, specification, net weight, “MADE IN CHINA”.
6. Applications
- Heavy timber construction, wooden house framing, thick lumber jointing
