Raw materials
 
Manufactured from premium Q195 / Q235 low‑carbon mild steel wire.
Good ductility and tensile strength. Free of cracking during head stamping and hammer driving.

2. Short shank with sharp point, easy penetration into thin timber, plywood and soft wood.

Surface treatment
 
1. Electro‑galvanized
Economical rust resistance, for general indoor and dry‑outdoor applications.
2. Hot‑dip galvanized
Thick zinc coating, high anti‑corrosion property, suitable for humid, coastal and long‑term outdoor projects.

 
Export packing
 
‑ Inner packing: 1kg / 2.5kg / 5kg plastic bags or small cardboard boxes.
‑ Bulk packing: 25kg per standard export corrugated carton.
‑ Carton marks: product name, spec(3/4'' big flat head clout nails), net weight, gross weight, quantity, country of origin.
‑ Optional: cartons stacked on wooden pallets wrapped with stretch film for sea container shipment. Custom packing is acceptable.
