1. Materials
- Main raw material: Q195 / Q235 low carbon steel wire, outstanding ductility and toughness, no cracking during stamping and hammering.
- Auxiliary material: Pure zinc ingots for electroplating anti-rust coating.
- Advantage: Low raw material cost, stable mechanical property, fit for mass production.

Standard wire diameter for 3” common nails: 3.4mm (10 gauge)
Uniform rod thickness with tight tolerance, no uneven thinning.
3. Features
- Size: Total length 3 inches, heavy-duty general construction nail.
- Structure: Large flat round head, smooth solid cylindrical shank, sharp diamond point for smooth penetration into thick hardwood and lumber.
