2. Production process
- Wire rod drawing: drawn to target wire diameter.
- Pickling: After pickling the dirt on the iron wire surface will be removed,Making the galvanized easier,the surface smooth and zinc layer more firm.
- Annealing: this process will change the hardness of iron wire and make it more flexible.
- Galvanizing: will add the corrosion resistance of wire and improve the service life.
Galvanized steel wire have two types
1.Electro galvanized steel wire
Zinc coated 10-30g/m2
Tensile strength: 300-550N/mm2
Elongation: 15%
2.Hot dipped galvanized steel wire
Zinc coated 40-300g/m2
Tensile strength: 350-550/mm2
Elongation: 15%
