ER70S-6 WELDING WIRE 1.0MM COPPER PLATED
ER70S-6 welding wire belongs to copper-plated low-alloy steel gas-shielded welding wire, which is welded using CO2 or argon-rich gas as the shielding gas. It has excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, minimal spatter, aesthetically formed welds, low porosity sensitivity in the weld metal, good all-position welding performance, and is suitable for a wide range of welding currents.
Applications: Suitable for single-pass and multi-pass welding of carbon steel and 500MPa-grade low-alloy steel (e.g., welding of vehicles, bridges, buildings, mechanical structures, etc.), as well as high-speed welding of thin plates and pipes.
